At EMARAGLOW™, we want you to shop with confidence.
Please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

  • We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

    • The item arrived damaged

    • The item has a manufacturing defect

    • The wrong item was delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase may be required.


Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and the item is inspected, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed after the item is returned to us.

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed with the customer.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Change of mind after delivery


Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly
