Order Processing

  • Orders are processed daily, excluding public holidays.

  • Once your order is confirmed, it is prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible.

  • You will receive a confirmation once your order is handed over to the courier.


Delivery Timeframes

  • Dubai: Same-Day Delivery (subject to order cut-off time)

  • Other Emirates: Next-Day Delivery

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as weather, traffic, or courier capacity.


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available across UAE.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

  • Orders may be cancelled or restricted for customers with repeated failed or refused deliveries.


Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

  • EMARAGLOW™ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.


Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide relevant details or photos (if applicable) to help us assist you quickly


Undeliverable Packages

Orders that cannot be delivered due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect address

  • Refused delivery

may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
